Whether you are moving or just bought new, figuring out what to do with old appliances can be a hassle. Fortunately, there are some services that may make the process easier.

First, determine if the unit is in good working order (running properly, no broken seals or leaks, etc.). If it is, consider giving it a second life. By contacting one of the following agencies, your appliance may be on its way to benefiting others. Please be sure to call ahead to arrange logistics.

If your unit is not working, it may be time for recycling. The following recyclers will take appliances. Be sure to call to arrange logistics. Pick-up may be available. There may also be a fee for the removal of coolant from refrigerators and freezers.
