Law Enforcement Bureau
The Benton County Sheriff's Office Bureau of Law Enforcement is comprised of 60 commissioned deputies and 10 non-commissioned employees.  All of the commissioned deputies and all of the non-commissioned employees fall under the direction of two Bureau Commanders.  The Bureau consists of four divisions; Patrol Division, Detective Division, Civil Division, and Records Division. The Patrol and Detectives Division are under the direction of two lieutenants, while the Records Division is under the direction of a Clerical Sergeant.
