The Benton County Civil Service Division is charged with the recruitment, testing, eligibility, hiring, and promotion of all Sheriff’s Office Employees under RCW 41.14. This includes Entry Level and Lateral Deputy Sheriff, Entry Level and Lateral Corrections Officer, and Entry Level and Lateral Records Clerk positions.
