Clerk

In an abundance of caution and with concern for maintaining the safety and health of the public and our employees, the Benton County Clerks office will be limiting operation of hours as a precautionary measure to slow the spread of COVID-19.

From March 23, 2020 through April 10, 2020, Benton County Clerk staff will be working primarily remotely. Limited Clerk staff will be present in our office daily (Monday thru Friday) from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Our doors will be open to serve the public during this time. We encourage everyone to handle only emergency matters in person during this time to minimize contact.

The Benton County Clerk's office in Prosser will be closed to the public March 23, 2020 through April 10, 2020.

Please check this website for further updates and/or closures.
